Responsibility
Another cycle, integrated with power.
Cliche as it sounds. With great power comes great responsibility.

1st component of cycle.
Mere pushing of responsibility.

2nd component of cycle.
A single individual/group/entity takes up the responsibility to do what is supposed to be done.

3rd component of cycle.
Responsibility is pushed, not because of it itself, but because of the required and resulting power that comes along with it.
A dilemma of prejudice.
Why should one, and not anyone else have the required power?
A dilemma of selfishness.
Why should one, and not anyone else have the resulting power?
